1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CheapIPv4Proxy website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CheapIPv4Proxy provides private proxy services including IPv4, IPv6, ISP, and mobile proxies. The Service includes proxy rental, a dashboard for managing proxies, and a developer API for programmatic access.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to purchase and manage proxies. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as needed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Illegal activities or violating any applicable laws
  • Sending spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
  • Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
  • Child exploitation or any form of illegal content
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or compromise the Service infrastructure
  • Reselling proxies without authorization

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record. All fees are charged in USD. Proxy rental periods begin upon successful payment and proxy provisioning. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, network issues, or events beyond our control may cause temporary disruptions. We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, content, and software, is owned by CheapIPv4Proxy and protected by intellectual property laws. Proxy IPs provided through the Service are leased for the rental period and remain the property of the underlying network providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

CheapIPv4Proxy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
